Founder & Managing Partner
Tiffanie Gray brings more than 20 years of financial services experience to Grace TG Wealth Partners. Her career spans two premier wealth management firms and two global investment banks, giving her a rare, multidimensional perspective on how advisors grow, transition, and thrive.
Most recently, Tiffanie served as a Complex Director and Senior Leader at a leading national wealth management firm, where she developed deep expertise in advisor recruitment, practice development, and the complex dynamics of broker-protocol and non-protocol transitions. She has guided advisors through some of the most consequential career decisions of their lives — with discretion, precision, and genuine care for long-term outcomes.
